The Root Tubers:
elongated spindle-shaped, slightly curved; 5-18 cm long and 0.5-2 cm in diameter.
The surface is yellowish white to pale yellow-brown colored, translucent, glossy or with longitudinal wrinkles, covered, the are uneven in their depth, occasionally remnants of the grey-brown epidermis.
Consistency hard or soft, and supple, sticky; horn-like fracture with yellowish-coloured white central cylinder.
Weak Smell;
Taste is sweet, weak bitter.
